Hey!!

David Salmon interviewed me for his Master Mind Group about using pay per click for below market value (BMV) property sourcing, on the call we covered.

I think that David did a really good job of getting to the "heart" of what PPC is and almost threw me off at one point.

    Hi, Dwayne

    Clicked the Link and your Replay opened in another Firefox Tab. Sadly it just plays terribly as a QuickTime file; too much juddering and drop-out, hardly ever getting started.

    Plus I Right-Clicked the Link and the File shows as an HTML file in the 'Save As…' dialog box, instead of as 'MP3 Format'.

    Can we all have a new MP3 Format download link for the Replay?
